NO RETURN POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

Please carefully read the following guidelines, as all sales are final, and no returns are accepted, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refund Eligibility:
All sales are final, and generally, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for products purchased through our E-Store. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Reporting Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team at info@lageneralmerchandise.com within 7 days of receiving the item. To help us assess the damage, provide a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by clear photos or videos as evidence. If approved for a replacement, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on returning the item.
Exchange Availability:
While we strive to offer an exchange for the returned item, availability may vary depending on stock availability and product availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following our return instructions. Inspection and Replacement Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to determine the extent of the damage or defect. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If your replacement is approved, we will process it, and the replacement will be sent to the shipping address of the original order.

In certain situations, we may grant partial refunds at our sole discretion. These situations may include receiving a product with missing parts or accessories. However, please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet the above conditions or if the damage is deemed to be caused by misuse, mishandling, or other external factors.
